Recently we learned about a global IT outage and cyber attack on UKG, formerly known as Kronos, the timekeeping and advanced scheduling system that some of our clients use. As we work closely with our vendors to resolve this issue, we want you to be aware that this outage has impacted functionality for the systems we use to record time and schedules for some of our healthcare professionals. Users are unable to clock in and out within the tool. Unfortunately, this outage may last several weeks. This outage is not isolated to Cross Country Healthcare and is affecting numerous large and small companies around the world, including hospitals, financial services firms, public transportation, manufacturers and others. While this challenge was not caused by any issue within our system, we are working diligently to minimize the effect it may have on our clients and healthcare professionals. If your hospital has been affected, please be assured that you will be paid on time.
If you are working at one of the affected facilities, please choose one of the options below:
There will be no change to your current form of payment.
You will be paid on your regularly scheduled payroll date.
Please call the Cross Country Healthcare Hotline at 800-530-6125.
