Of our nearly 1,500 corporate employees, more than two-thirds are women. Our executive and clinical leadership teams are comprised of nearly 50% women. In 2019, 70 of our 95 promotions were awarded to women.Our commitment to diversity also includes our vendor and supplier partnerships. We strive to pursue business partnerships with diverse vendors and suppliers, identifying opportunities to engage minority, veteran-owned, women-owned, disability-owned, and LGBTQ-owned businesses.

We are committed to empowering military veterans who are business owners, hiring veterans in our own organization, and giving back to military veteran organizations that help those who have proudly served our great nation.
At Cross Country Healthcare, we believe the voices and minds of our talented employees serve the organization by identifying, generating, and offering solutions to real or perceived obstacles, as well as serve an important role as advisors to the organization’s overall Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
